Join a world-class academic healthcare system, UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial Hospital, as a Director of Ambulatory Operations. The Director will have operational oversight of our Flossmoor Family Care Center as well as regional oversight of several other primary care clinics at Tinley Park, Calumet City, Homewood, Lansing, South Holland, and Beverly.
The Director of Ambulatory Operations will be the administrative lead for the operational and financial performance of multiple ambulatory practices, clinics, locations, and service lines across Southwest Chicago. This leader will have management accountability through the supervision of leaders at their clinics and will collaborate with other respective medical, administrative, and service line leaders. The Director will execute strategic plans to expand the health system, ambulatory, and physician network to ensure access in new and existing markets and focus on clinic optimization and integration of care across the system. The Director will utilize E4 Leadership principles to lead, manage, and improve in a consistent manner that embraces UChicago Medicine Ingalls’ patient-centered care and service excellence standards. In addition to providing operational oversight, this individual will be a key collaborator with all clinical departments across the system and a thought leader in ambulatory quality and safety, coordination of care across the continuum, use of technological tools and solutions, metrics reporting, customer service, and process improvement.

Compensation & Benefits Overview
UChicago Medicine Ingalls is committed to transparency in compensation and benefits. The pay range provided reflects the anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position.
The pay range is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) and is reflective of current market data, reviewed on an annual basis. Compensation offered at the time of hire will vary based on candidate qualifications and experience and organizational considerations, such as internal equity. Pay ranges for employees subject to Collective Bargaining Agreements are negotiated by the medical center and their respective union.
