The Administrator serves as the lead onsite administrative and clinical manager on the evening, night, holiday, and weekend shifts. They provide specialized clinical consulting and administrative support across all departments for the hospitals. They assure all of the hospitals’ departments operate efficiently during the off-shifts by working closely with the administrative and management staff, physicians, nurses, patients and their families.
The position requires a working knowledge of the overall operation of the hospitals, efficient Patient Throughput, Crisis Intervention, Conflict Resolution and Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills. A high level of personal integrity and accountability are required.
