Physical Therapist (Neuromuscular).
Location: University of Chicago Medicine – Calumet City
Position Type: Full-Time- $1500 sign-on bonus!

We are seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist to be a member of our team! As part of our mission, we deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care tailored to individual patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using a variety of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and education.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients on prevention strategies and self-management techniques to improve long-term outcomes.

 

Qualifications:
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure, or licensure application in process as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois.
• Specialized training in neuromuscular conditions in clinical internships or past employment strongly preferred.
• Autonomous practitioner with excellent collaboration skills.
