Job Description

THIS IS NOT A JOB. This posting provides information on UCM's disability hiring initiative called the Inclusive Pathways Program. An application on this page will connect you with our Disability Inclusion Coordinator to discuss supportive services available throughout the interview and onboarding process, if needed. If interested in a job at UCM, you must also please submit an application for the specific job of interest.

UChicago Medicine is proud to partner with The Anixter Center of Chicago to provide the Inclusive Pathways Program, a joint initiative to support individuals with disabilities applying for positions at the academic medical center. Qualified program participants will meet one on one with our Disability Inclusion Coordinator to answer questions you may have on open positions of interest at UChicago Medicine. Our Disability Inclusion Coordinator will then provide you with any necessary assistance throughout your interview and onboarding experience, and from application to hire. Should you accept a position at UCM, the Disability Inclusion Coordinator will also provide support throughout your first year to ensure you feel adequately supported.

We are a community of game changers. Tougher. Stronger. Smarter.
