The Director, Strategy Implementation reports to the VP of Strategic Planning and is responsible for managing a multi-year business cycle and key strategic projects, including margin management. Projects are often multi-year, transformational, and span multiple functions in the health system. In addition, the Director will:
The Director will ensure alignment of the strategic plan with budgets and other key functions (e.g. Biological Sciences Division departments, major facilities projects etc.). Additionally, the Director will ensure strategic plans are translated into actionable, quantitative and measurable plans, and will help to drive complex, project-based initiatives across the health system. The Director will work with senior hospital and physician leadership to ensure successful execution of the strategic plan and its key initiatives.
