We're hiring a Transplant Services Specialist for the Kidney Acquisition department in a full-time, day shift (8-hour shifts) at the University of Chicago Medicine in Hyde Park, Chicago, IL!
Under general direction, the Transplant Services Specialist serves as the first point-of-contact for patients, families, visitors and staff to coordinate services with the Office of Patient Relations. In this role, you will provide administrative services, data analysis, and customer service to facilitate efficient and effective access to the hospital’s patient feedback process. This individual provides guidance to patients and staff through the feedback process and works with the Office of Patient Relations team to ensure a customer friendly experience and compliance with The University of Chicago Medicine patient complaint policy.
