    Registered Nurse (RN) - Comer 5 - In House Registry (IHR)

     

    384220 - COMER 5TH FLOOR

    Shift: 12 hour shifts (.1) / 3rd shift / 40 hours every 6 weeks

    Comer 5 is a floor 31 licensed beds for neurology, neurosurgery, epilepsy, solid organ transplant, and general medical/surgical patients; physical therapy room; epilepsy monitoring room and minor procedures room.

     

    Job Summary:

    The In-house Staff nurse (RN) will be responsible for managing patient centered care, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care provided. The staff nurse assumes the primary responsibility and accountability for all patient care personally provided and that provided by those directly under her/his supervision.

    Required Qualifications

    • Graduate of an NLN accredited School of Nursing.
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher
    • Current Illinois RN license
    • Ability to effectively communicate
    • Peds RN experience preferred
